Deborah is famous for The Guilty Feminist, she is also a screenwriter and a corporate speaker. In one of her appearances she spoke about the inequality between how men and women think with this example:

Men assume they need 50% of the skills to apply for a job whilst women assume they need 100% … the oppular conculsion is that women should be more confident. However Deborah turns this around saying that maybe men should stop going for jobs they are not qualified for!
